I've done some plyometrics for my quads the past two mornings... I'm going back to HIIT too, but for now I have to really hit the spot with my thighs. I'm still surprised about how much sweat I have left in me after running to the toilet all night and only having a large glass of water when I wake up.
stupid blog clock is in some pasific island time so this post stayed in July... well I'm not changing it.
