I can't get a GOOD work out in with out feeling like I've been hit with a trolly full of horses. I can't get a pump on or even get close to a burning peak of muscular development... I can't name any muscle that would look better or bigger or happier than before... ketosis, it's working ;)
Not hitting a PUMP also means NOT hitting any specific muscle... my body just moves and flows and I keep hoping that the work that gets done is SOMEWHERE near the body part I'm supposed to be training :D
