Bench press 1RM!

I finally had the nerves to just do it.
I stacked 60kg to the bench press, got under it and lifted :)

One rep. 1x 60kg :)

The other one was so close but I was alone at the gym.

It was heavy but it was not hard ;)

I wore wrist wraps and a belt (my back hurt).
