I added some abs to the end (2x100) and almost threw up :/

Squats : 80kg
Hack squat : 40-60kg
Leg press : 90-190kg
Leg ext. : 20-30k
Leg curl : 20-30k
Calves : 25-45kg
Crunches : 2x100
