Oh my... Legs.

No free weights. Well, not alot of 'em! But still I feel like I just got run over by a small elephant. My workday was short so I did my leg workout after lunch... Still now, after work and after my evening (protein) pancakes, I Still feel like I just got back from a week long trip to the jungle...

I know I'm fine and that the bag of eels is fine too. I just need to check my diet and keep an eye on my water intake :)

I might be tired for just not drinking as Much as I'm used to! ;)
