I'm about 68kg... the weight on my back was 70kg.
I won ;)
I could have gone higher/longer if I weren't pregnant.
But safety first :)
Even the (long & wooden) bench started to tilt under me ;D too much weight on one end...
oh... sorry about the hair. It's NOT going to be a habit!
Baby slept through the whole work out again...
Some lady at the gym asked me:
"does the baby get jumpy while you work out"
Me: "No. He sleeps when I work out ...or work."
The lady: "blaa-blaa-blaa-blaa :)"
Me: (continue with my warm ups) "mm-m" :)
