The first workout.
The first DOMS (on the 2nd).
I think I over did it with 12x12 in squats + chest + triceps = a long and tiring work out with no extra banana ;)
Some of my last sets (16kg db) for my chest (after the squats and before the triceps-horror)... I'm concenrating on getting the FULL squeeeeze out of my boobs. Wobbles and all :)
