Morning ~58kg, just before bed ~59kg.
Leg days feel different...
I can't get a full pump in to my quads :(
Sure they may Look full but only if I pump them like crazy with light weights. All my heavy shit hits my ass no matter How hard I try to push it to my quads ;( ;( ;(
Stupid feeling to constantly be hitting my glutes and hams... Even my calves seem to get more out of my quad moves than my quads... And NO, no I am Not doing the moves with my lower back.
I'm not giving up... I'll solve this "murder" and kill my quads after I'm done! :)
My babies need to Grow... <3<3
