Well I think this counts as a win 'cause I'm a round 56,5kg in the morning and 58kg before bedtime :)
The ligting sure does not flatter me in any way, but you get the point...
This is why it takes time to LIFT your calories. I gave my body TIME to recover.
I didn't eat "shit" and drink the wrong juices.
I'm mostly meat and still holding on to a nice (feminine) amount of fat.
I feel pretty good about myself and that's the point. I know I should eat MORE and MORE to grow, but hey... I'm tired. I'll eat what I can and if I'm tired I'll rest :)
I've got 20 months to go and it is X-mas anyway ;)
