I got off my sorry ass and went to the gym.
Chest and triceps.
Wake up!!
This is what I live for.
I'm not sick.
I have a whole week of "rest" coming up.
I'm not a quitter.
All I need is this one more workout and I'm ok for a while.
"Do it like you mean it."
Make every rep count.
Give it all you can.
